At Vintage Wholesale Europe, we strive to ensure every curated bundle meets your expectations, but we offer a 14-day return window for items that do not match their described grade or category. Please note that as a B2B wholesaler, returns are subject to a restocking fee and must be authorized by our quality control team.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our returns department within 14 days of receiving your shipment, providing your order number and clear photographic evidence of any discrepancies or grade issues.

  Return Authorization

  Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the specific warehouse address for your return shipment.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack the items securely in their original condition; wholesale bundles must be returned in their entirety to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our team inspects the returned vintage stock, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
